Lee is the king of customer service but be warned, do not approach before his second morning coffee or whilst he is creating the staff rota.

Lee is passionate about making every visitor’s experience the very best. His other passions include Salsa Dancing and baking cakes.

Ellie joined the Kedleston family at the sweet age of 15, and has lived and breathed everything Kedleston ever since. She now manages all of our in-house events such as birthdays and baby showers.

Her creative talents are endless and she takes massive pride in her seasonal floral designs around our entrance door and the decorations at Christmas.

Better know as Jim. Some believe Jim was born to be in the kitchen, others believe he was destined to be the 6th member of Westlife.

Jim doesn’t quite meet the stereotypical expectations of being a chef; he doesn’t shout, swear or even make diva-like demands! We’re not sure what happened during his time at culinary school but he came out of it unscathed…except for this questionable taste in music!
