Our award-winning events team will be on hand throughout the entire wedding planning process, from the booking of the venue, until the last person leaves the dance floor, so you can rest assured knowing that your special day is in good hands.

When you say your ‘I Do’s!’, you have a choice of two locations. Our stunning Orangery with its glass roof and panoramic views of the countryside, can seat up to 80 guests; alternatively, up to 50 guests can be seated in the Dining Room, with high set windows and stunning architecture.
After your nuptials, guests can enjoy drinks and canapes. If weather permits, our terrace and lawns are a great place to mix and mingle, or alternatively, the snug and bar will be open for your guests to relax in our stylish and comfortable chairs, taking in the spirit of the venue.
Last but not least, The Kedleston Country House will be yours for dancing the night away until 11.30pm, so you can really let your hair down and end the day on a high…

Make the most of your special occasion by staying over for the night. With five beautifully decorated boutique bedrooms, you and your guests can swap your dancing shoes for our luxurious robes and slippers, and enjoy the home comforts and luxuries that The Kedleston Country House can offer. Our honeymoon suite is also the perfect size for a bridal party or groomsmen to prepare for the day ahead…

With over 15 years’ experience in the wedding industry and many awards under our belt, we know our stuff when it comes to good catering, so we only use the best of the best in-house chefs to cook your wedding breakfast.
For your wedding breakfast, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs, whether you’re looking for a lavish 3-course affair, or a relaxed tapas-style dinner. When you’re planning your special day, you will work closely with our events team and caterers to ensure the menu is perfectly suited to your tastes.

As one of the proud owners, and the Wedding Coordinator, here at The Kedleston Country House, I’m delighted to be part of this exciting chapter with you. We host just 40 weddings per year, ensuring every couple receives a truly personal and dedicated service from beginning to end.
As I approach my 17th year in the wedding industry, I’ve seen a wonderful shift in how couples choose to celebrate, with many opting for a more relaxed style and letting go of certain traditional elements like the formal Wedding Breakfast. That’s why I’m thrilled about our new Twilight Wedding offering, which allows you to say “I do” and head straight to the dancefloor for an unforgettable evening.
