Emma & Matt’s winter wedding here at The Kedleston Country House was the perfect way to end our 2025 wedding season.

Taking place on 28th December 2025, their beautiful twilight wedding was full of festive charm, heartfelt moments, and relaxed celebrations with 80 of their closest family and friends.

Our Derbyshire wedding venue provided the perfect backdrop for this cosy winter wedding. With a 3pm ceremony, Emma & Matt chose a twilight timeline that flowed effortlessly from “I do” straight into their evening reception, creating a warm, intimate atmosphere as the day turned into night.

Their wedding was packed with thoughtful, festive details that made it truly unique. Guests were treated to a cosy hot chocolate station perfect for a December wedding, while the younger guests enjoyed fun seasonal activities like bauble and gingerbread decorating, adding a lovely personal and family-friendly touch to the day.
