Alice & Jake

There’s something incredibly special about a wedding that feels completely and unapologetically you, and Alice and Jake’s beautiful May 2026 celebration was exactly that. Surrounded by their favourite people, with sunshine, dramatic skies, and plenty of laughter, they created a day that reflected their personalities from beginning to end.

A true labour of love, this was a wonderfully personal DIY wedding. Alice poured so much time and creativity into bringing her vision to life, carefully crafting and styling the décor herself. Every thoughtful detail added a unique touch and made the day feel warm, relaxed, and effortlessly authentic. The only thing she left to the professionals was the flowers, which complemented her handmade touches perfectly.

Of course, no introduction to this wedding would be complete without mentioning the real VIP of the day – Mable, their gorgeous little sausage dog. Yes, we are a dog friendly wedding venue! Dressed for the occasion and stealing hearts wherever she trotted, Mable was never far from the action, proudly joining the newlyweds for portraits and even making a memorable appearance during the confetti celebrations. It’s safe to say she was the star of the show and had guests smiling from start to finish.

From emotional glances across the aisle to joyful moments shared with family and friends, Alice and Jake’s wedding was full of genuine love and unforgettable memories. I’m so excited to share some of my favourite moments from their day – including plenty of photos of the adorable Mable doing what she does best: stealing the spotlight.
