A Beautiful Start to the Year: Our January Wedding Day Showcase here at The Kedleston Country House
There’s no better way to begin a new year than surrounded by love, laughter, and a touch of wedding inspiration. This January, we at The Kedleston Country House opened our doors to host our Wedding Day Showcase — a magical event for newly engaged couples to explore ideas for their dream day. It was a truly lovely afternoon filled with excitement, creativity, and plenty of gorgeous details.
Our elegant Orangery was transformed into a vision of colour and style by the talented team at Lily Rose Wedding & Events. Their stunning décor featured bold, bright florals and romantic touches that perfectly complemented the warm charm of our historic venue. From the beautiful ceremony setup, accented with vibrant pinks, oranges, and whites, to the breathtakingly floral chandelier that hung beneath the glass ceiling — every element created an unforgettable, joyful atmosphere.

The showcase brought together a carefully curated selection of hand-picked wedding suppliers including David Williams Guitarist, Sasha Pepper Photography, Aaron Carr Music, Chloe Danielle Hair, Red Velvet Bakery, Lily Rose Wedding & Events, Field Photography, Nice Photobooth, Dove Strings, Stately Bride, Jon Paul Menswear who each brough something special to inspire couples planning their big day. From florists and photographers to cake designers and live music, every supplier was on hand to chat with guests, share ideas, and help them imagine every detail of their perfect celebration.
We were delighted to welcome so many newly engaged couples through our doors — all brimming with excitement as they explored, asked questions, and dreamt about their own weddings here at The Kedleston Country House. There was a real buzz in the air, and it reminded us once again why we love hosting such special events.
