We are thrilled that you are considering hosting your special day with us here at The Kedleston Country House. We understand how overwhelming planning your special day can be therefore; we have collaborated a booking guide below.    

Do you have a date in mind? We can provisionally hold a date for 14 days whilst you set out your plans.

To secure your booking, we are required to generate you a Booking Agreement. To create your unique Booking Agreement, we require information based on the services you would like to book for your wedding day. We appreciate it’s hard to know what your wedding day will look like at this early stage therefore; we ask that your Booking Agreement is based on the very minimum. For example, your minimum number of day guests and the services you require.

During the course of planning, together we can add services, confirm the finer details of each service and increase numbers which will be reflected within your final balance.

Once your Booking Agreement is complete, we will send this to you via email and via your unique profile on Hostology. We kindly ask that you return the Booking Agreement signed and with a non-refundable Booking Fee of £1500.00 within 14 days. Please see below the Terms & Conditions which contains the payment terms.

Hostology is our online Wedding Planning Toolkit. You will have your very own personal profile where you can access to all of the vital elements of planning including your personal documents, milestones and tasks, table plans and guest lists, FAQ’s and your wedding day itinerary etc.
