Here at The Kedleston Country House, we’re always excited to see our spaces transformed in new and inspiring ways, and this recent styled shoot, Nicola at Draped Elegance (in Burton), created a beautiful example of just how impactful thoughtful styling can be.
As a wedding venue, we love helping couples imagine what their day could look like here, and this shoot captured a look that felt both timeless and effortlessly luxurious.
One of our favourite elements was the stunning draped tablescape. The stylist used flowing ivory fabric to dress the tables, creating a soft, romantic look that instantly elevated the space. The draping brought movement, texture, and a real sense of luxury, while still feeling elegant and understated.
Combined with soft candlelight, delicate florals, and a neutral colour palette of whites, creams, and warm nude tones, every detail worked beautifully within the setting of the house.
The styling complemented the character of our country house perfectly, enhancing the natural elegance of the space rather than overpowering it.
